Part of Station Road, near Narborough Railway Station, will close for two days for the work

Drivers are set to face almost four miles (6km) of diversions as a main road in a Leicestershire village is due to shut for repairs.
The full closure will be in place at Station Road, Narborough, from the level crossing to the junction with Riverside Way, from 09:00 to 15:00 BST on 15-16 May.
The county council said it was for public safety as work would be carried out to replace missing concrete edgings on the footpath and reinforce it with extra haunching.
The repairs will take place near Narborough Railway Station and motorists were warned of possible delays and to allow extra time for their journey.
Station Road runs through Narborough, Enderby, Whetstone and Littlethorpe, the Local Democracy Reporting Service said.
The diversion will signpost drivers along:
Leicester Road, King Edward Avenue and Leicester Road in Narborough
Leicester Road and Blaby Road in Enderby
Enderby Road, Victoria Road, High Street, The Dicken and Warwick Road in Whetstone
Warwick Road and Riverside Way in Littlethorpe
