Man arrested after sexual assault in village street
A man has been arrested after a woman was sexually assaulted in Uffculme

An 18-year old man has been arrested following a serious sexual assault on a woman in a village in Devon.
Devon and Cornwall Police said the attack happened on Bridge Street in Uffculme, near Cullompton, at about 15:40 BST on Friday.
The force said a man from Tiverton was arrested on suspicion of rape, sexual assault on a female and malicious communications. He has been released on bail.
Police want to speak to two boys who may have witnessed the incident.

Police said the boys were cycling on a nearby bridge of footpath between 15:30 and 15:45 BST.
The force has asked any witnesses to get in touch.
