Remarkable recycling
Watch - Explore new remarkable words about recycling
Josh's toy box is filled the brim and he needs to make some space. What is the best way for him to get rid of some of the toys?
Remarkable recycling!
Josh is pushing down on the lid of his toy box which is filled to the brim with toys.
Looks like you have too many toys there. Maybe it’s time to do some recycling.
If you no longer use it, you could give that toy car to someone else.
Josh picks up the toy car, looking at it.
Maybe a younger sister?
Josh hands the toy car to his sister.
Or you could donate it to a charity shop. So someone else can enjoy it.
What about that old bucket? Its looking a little shabby.
Repurpose it as a pencil holder. Brilliant!
That old football would make a funky unique plant pot.
And a T-Rex would make a great… hedge trimmer.
Ahh! Maybe not.
But a lot of things made from plastic can be re-cycled so that they can be made into something new.
Josh looks at the base of the t-rex where there is a plastic symbol. Josh puts it into a recycling box with bottles and plastic packaging.
That’s better! A much more sustainable number of toys.
