A series of new weight loss drugs have been approved for use by the NHS to tackle obesity. But doctors have told BBC Scotland news that if they were prescribed to everyone who qualified for them, it would bankrupt the NHS overnight. Scotland has some of the highest obesity levels in Europe and experts say - if used alongside changes to diet and exercise - they are a ‘game-changer’ to tackling the obesity crisis.
