Tim is speaking at an event to launch a new "open source and collaborative" TV documentary series Digital Revolution.

Given what Tim BL said in his recent speech at the BBC about TV channels disappearing, as programmes are distributed and consumed soley via the web, this could one day become an issue for the BBC and other broadcasters.
