You are talking to your little brother about school rules before he begins secondary school. You speak first.

Brother: An bhfuil cead súgradh thart ar an scoil?
2. Tell him that he is allowed to run in the yard.
Cad é a tharlaíonn má bhrisim na rialacha?
3. Tell him not to break the rules. He will be in trouble.
Brother: Cad iad na rialacha eile?
4. Tell him that he is not allowed to use his mobile phone in class.
Brother: An bhfuil cead agam rud ar bith a dhéanamh?
5. Tell him that he is allowed to go to the toilet.
1. Caithfidh tú do lámh a chur suas / in airde sa rang. – You must put your hand up in class.
2. Tá cead agat rith sa chlós. – You are allowed to run in the yard.
3. Ná bris na rialacha. Beidh tú i dtrioblóid. - Don't break the rules. You will be in trouble.
4. Níl cead do ghuthán póca a úsáid sa seomra ranga. – You are not allowed to use your mobile phone in class.
5. Tá cead agat dul go dtí an leithreas. – You are allowed to go to the toilet.
