People who help us are everywhere. Some people assist us do things we find difficult.
Josh’s shoelace is undone and his dad helps to tie it.
You were reminded and helped by a grownup to get ready for school.
Let’s see who else we can find helping on the way to school.
On a neighbours driveway there is a car with the bonnet up. A mechanic is there which a large spanner.
The neighbour’s car is broken, but there is a mechanic helping to fix it with a spanner.
They’re assisting with special skills, that take a long time to learn.
Let’s keep looking.
At a busy road a crossing patrol is stood ready for action.
We need to cross the road, lets use the crossing patrol.
The crossing patrol raises the lollipop sign and the traffic stops.
The crossing patrol helps us to cross the road safely by stopping the traffic.
There’s one of your friends waiting to go to the dentist.
A Dentist emerges from the door way and gestures for the child to go in.
Nurses, doctors and vets are all important to keep everyone in our family fit and well.
Oh no! that sign has fallen in the road.
Thankfully the police are there to direct traffic and keep the drivers and pedestrians safe.
Nearly there. I see you’re nervous about sports day.
Sometimes support from our family, friends and teachers can help us with how we feel.
