    Luton 1-0 Coventry

Coventry have one last chance to send it forward...

But Luton are able to clear. Is that it?

  2. Postpublished at 14:30 British Summer Time 26 April

    Luton 1-0 Coventry

Luton are on the brink of winning three games in a row for the first time this season.

The Hatters are on the brink of moving out of the relegation zone for the first time since 18 January.

It will be 18 points from nine games if Matt Bloomfield's side can hold on for one more minute.

  3. INJURY TIMEpublished at 14:29 British Summer Time 26 April

    Luton 1-0 Coventry

There were six minutes added on amid the late drama. We've played just over half of that.

  4. 'Heartbreak for Coventry'published at 14:26 British Summer Time 26 April

    Luton 1-0 Coventry

    Clive Eakin
    BBC CWR Sport

    It's heartbreak for Coventry.

After all of their hard work they've conceded in the 90th minute.

That is really hard for the Sky Blues to take.

Luton are heading for the win meaning one more win in their final game of the season will save them.

  5. FULL-TIMEpublished at 14:25 British Summer Time 26 April

    QPR 0-5 Burnley

Burnley lead the table again after that resounding win - and they've made up five of those 14 goals they'd need to overtake Leeds to the title, assuming their rivals win their last two games.

Two goals for Zian Flemming and two for Jeremy Sarmiento after Josh Cullen had opened the scoring.

QPR were rarely in it, to be honest.

  6. goal

GOAL: Luton 1-0 Coventrypublished at 14:25 British Summer Time 26 April

    Shandon Baptiste (90 mins)

Oh. My. Word. Bedlam in the stands at Kenilworth Road.

It's an absolute calamity at the back for Coventry. The ball comes into the box and goalkeeper Brad Collins comes flying out of his goal and clatters into the back of Liam Kitching as he tries to head clear.

It drops straight to Shandon Baptiste on the edge of the box and he sends a low shot goalwards... Luis Binks tries to clear it on the line but cannot keep it out.

How big will that goal prove to be in Luton's battle for survival? Not to mention Coventry's play-off hopes...

    Luton 0-0 Coventry

Luton win a 17th corner of the game and Jordan Clark sends it in from the left but Brad Collins is out well to punch clear for Coventry.

The Hatters recycle possession before Clark hits one from the edge of the box but it's deflected over.

  8. Postpublished at 14:23 British Summer Time 26 April

    Luton 0-0 Coventry

A game of plenty of endeavour, fight and drama but as yet still no goals.

Is there to be a late winner for either side? We're into the final couple of minutes plus whatever stoppages will be added on.

  9. goal

GOAL: QPR 0-5 Burnleypublished at 14:22 British Summer Time 26 April

    Jeremy Sarmiento 90+2 mins

And that sets the seal on a very comfortable win for Burnley.

The visitors play the ball out from the back and substitute Nathan Redmond races down the right flank before cutting the ball back for Jeremy Sarmiento to score his second of the game.

  10. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 14:22 British Summer Time 26 April

    Luton 0-0 Coventry

Luton boss Matt Bloomfield throws on Tahith Chong and Reece Burke for the final few minutes. Burke on for his 100th appearance for the club.

Teden Mengi and Millenic Alli make way.

  11. YELLOW CARDpublished at 14:21 British Summer Time 26 April

    Luton 0-0 Coventry

Coventry's Josh Eccles now pulls back Luton's Isaiah Jones. But there's a bit of afters from Jones and both players are booked.

Luton free-kick midway inside the Sky Blues half.

  12. YELLOW CARDpublished at 14:19 British Summer Time 26 April

    Luton 0-0 Coventry

Coventry midfielder Matt Grimes pulls down Jordan Clark in his own half as the Luton man looks to breakaway.

A cynical one taken for the team and Grimes is into the book.

  13. Postpublished at 14:18 British Summer Time 26 April

    QPR 0-4 Burnley

It looks as though Burnley are going to close this out with another clean sheet, although Rangers have threatened in patches during this second half.

Ilias Chair just delivered a cross to the head of Michael Frey, but slightly too high and the striker was unable to direct it on target.

Q{R are currently on course for their heaviest defeat here since Marti Cifuentes took charge, back in October 2023.

  14. Postpublished at 14:16 British Summer Time 26 April

    Luton 0-0 Coventry

Coventry are the team applying the pressure since this went to 10 v 10.

Haji Wright tries to steer a ball to the back post on target but his glancing header flies wide.

    It's tense.

  15. Postpublished at 14:15 British Summer Time 26 April

    Luton 0-0 Coventry

Into the last 10 minutes at Kenilworth Road.

It's probably a better point for Coventry than it is for Luton as things stand.

The Sky Blues will still have their play-off fate in their own hands if it stays this way, while the Hatters will not in the relegation scrap.

  16. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 14:14 British Summer Time 26 April

    QPR 0-4 Burnley

Scott Parker rings the changes again, with his side coasting to victory - and a 32nd consecutive game without defeat.

There's to be no hat-trick for Zian Flemming, who makes way along with Luca Koleosho and Josh Brownhill.

On come Nathan Redmond, Ashley Barnes and Aaron Ramsey for these closing stages.

  17. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 14:13 British Summer Time 26 April

    Luton 0-0 Coventry

Shandon Baptiste is on for Luton in place of Amari'i Bell.

  18. Postpublished at 14:12 British Summer Time 26 April

    Luton 0-0 Coventry

Coventry win a corner on the left, their first of the game in-fact. Jack Rudoni sends in an outswinger but Carlton Morris rises highest to head clear for Luton.

The Sky Blues just starting to play a bit more of the game in the Luton half, though.

  19. Postpublished at 14:10 British Summer Time 26 April

    Luton 0-0 Coventry

Luton and Coventry skippers Carlton Morris and Ben Sheaf also picked up a yellow card each during the fracas that followed Liam Walsh's red card.

The Hatters haven’t won three games on the bounce this season. What a time to do it if they can find a winner here.

Coventry without a win in their past four games on the road. Can they change that?

  20. 'Sky Blues enjoying a bit of possession'published at 14:10 British Summer Time 26 April

    Luton 0-0 Coventry

    Clive Eakin
    BBC CWR Sport

The Sky Blues are enjoying a bit of possession for a change now that they have the same amount of players as their opponents.

I wonder at what point Frank Lampard might suggest an attacking sub or two.

Does he settle with what he's got or does he gamble?
