Hype is building outside the Emirates – Gunners fan Joyce Bumangalg says she was so excited to find out she finally got a ticket in the ballot she “nearly gave my manager a heart attack”.
“I’m not going to get ahead of myself,” she tells BBC Newsbeat. “But I’m feeling pretty confident.”
Louie James feels the same but says he can’t fully avoid the nerves, singling out PSG star player Ousmane Dembele as “a massive threat”.
“They’re a very different team to what we played in the group stages,” when Arsenal beat the Paris side 2-0, says Louie.
“I think it’ll be a completely different match today, we just have to hope we’re on our game.”
Joyce agrees that her team “shouldn’t be complacent”.
“We just need to go attack them, play the football that we like to play and we should be able to do it.
“[Declan] Rice has been doing it, [Mikel] Merino absolutely surprised everyone this season, given a chance he’s shown everyone what he can do, so he’s my man and I’m supporting him all the way.”
